We used BoatUS for our boat towing needs for years now. We have a Searay 33’ with an overheated engine turned off and the second engine runn out of gas in the middle of the intercoastal. Cap Kol Michelson came on our rescue brought us safely to our dock. He was knowledgeable and courteous.

I ran aground yesterday on my 55 footer out of Biscayne Bay. I call BoatUS, member since 2005, and within 15 mins Capt Javier Sanchez came to my aid which due to low tide and gusty winds, took over 10 hours to finally be rescued by him, after several visits to check on us. Thank you Javier and your team for a fantastic rescue.

Today I needed a tow for my 43’ sailboat from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale. This is a long and not easy trip even in moderate sea conditions. Fortunately for me I had the services of the very capable and professional captain Avian Rubio. He couldn’t have done a better job. He towed me the whole way and even side-tied me to my home dock. He was great to work with. Excellent in all regards.

Boat US to the rescue!! I was taking my sailboat out for the first time after engine repairs finally, but got stuck. Not sure what happened, but some how my batteries went dead and I could not get my boat started again. I called Boat US and they had someone out to me in 15 min. I had 2 great guys show up Guerimo and Kyle. They were professional and thoughtful. I was pretty frustrated with my boat and Guerimo said it happens it is part of the boating. It made me feel a lot better and they got me home safe and sound. Kyle actually remembered me from the last time I got a tow from the company. Not sure if that is good or bad! LOL This company and service is a must have for any boater, and the people are great. They come out rain or shine with a great attitude and experience. Thanks guys!!
